This position will play an integral role in our company's growth with innovation and new categories, as well as growing existing product lines. This position will be responsible for the development and launch of new products that focus on the printing industry. This will align with our company's strategic vision, growth plans, and profit objectives. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs for new business, such as determining the demand for products and services, and identify potential new and obscure customers. Develop and market new products. Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Work with art departments, digital and print marketing departments, and the social media department to meet goals.


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field 3+ years of Marketing and/or digital marketing experience - Additional years of Marketing experience may replace Bachelor's Degree requirement Experience in product development from the design phase through the market phase Strong desire to discover new and obscure products and markets relating to the printing industry.


Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Programs - Creative programs including; InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
